EVXA - MOU and plan set forth on April 18, 2011. We are almost 6 months into the plan. When EVXA or GEAR report a happening to the investor public, the action has already taken place.
Both Chaffee and Atkins both were listed contacts on this application concluded in April, 2011.
They anticipated test results to come forth in the 2'nd qtr of 2011. They also mentioned 700 feet of established tunnel and adjacent mining efforts under review. Now they mention 900 Feet of tunnel. They have already concluded the initial survey.
We as investors are trying to establish time lines for the transportation of the ORE Xt3 Technology from Fla. to Az.. This has already taken place in the past 6 months or there is no way Gear would have committed to the licensing agreement with EVXA.

I am sure news on their findings will come forth very soon and we will pleasantly be surprised with the run up.
