NYTEX Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: NYTE) (the "Company" or "NYTEX"), a Dallas-based energy holding company comprising two wholly owned subsidiaries, Francis Drilling Fluids, Ltd. ("FDF") and NYTEX Petroleum, Inc., announced today it has engaged Energy Capital Solutions LLC ("ECS") to raise capital in order to restructure current outstanding obligations, to fund potential acquisition opportunities, and to provide additional working capital for general corporate purposes.
What this tells me is that this company is trying to show investors that they are trying to bring overall value to the overall PPS. It will soon show this : )
