There may be more OS now. I guess shareholders will have to wait for a press release(If they will).
The company did an R/S last year.
Since 12 March 2010 the company has diluted existing shareholders by atleast a whopping 12,247%

If you use the definition of a float by investopedia the float would be negative.
Restricted-O/S.
I think they meant A/S
