Yes... Their financials are audited, they have an attorney working for them, and an updated 8-k was recently filed... We should see that tier UPGRADE on OTC Markets to OTC CURRENT INFO very very soon!

RMDT chart is looking great as well! Last year this thing traded in the multiple pennies.
