If your referring to investors in RUNU, RUDN then there is nothing for you to do at this point because the above ( its principles ) have not as of yet been charged with any criminal violations that could result in eventual restitution for its victims as is the case for the GBVS victims who invested before Jan. 01st. '07.

On this note many people are somewhat dismayed that a criminal action hasn't been commenced due to what many feel were obvious intentional violations of Securities Law and in its simplest terms various federal criminal violations surrounding schemes to defraud. That's not to say that there isn't an active investigation in progress dealing specifically with these matters nor is it to say that there is. Either way it's obvious to many knowledgeable investors that there should be considering the amount of complaints ( with supporting evidence ) that were filed with federal agencies.

Concerning the possibility of a like situation ever occurring with investors of RUNU/RUDN then as with GBVS, as shareholders of record, the Govt. would likely contact same as they are about to do with the qualifying GBVS victims.

Perhaps if you contacted the SEC they could provide you with more information relating to your complaint and concerns. Best of luck with that one.
