I agree



What I'm getting out of the recent 8k is that they are close to a deal and it most likely will be announced in mid-November. There's no other reason to only get a one month forebearance and put a 100k in an escrow account. This is a no brainer, unless there's a catastrophic breakdown in negotiations.

With yesterdays pop, it wouldn't suprise me to see this thing hammered down to the .023 range again on light volume. We'll see.
