All you do is speculate.

1) You do not know that SUGO will be unable to get a permit.
2) The other companies have nothing to do with SUGO, OK, they may have decided at the time it was in THEIR best interest, for whatever reason to move on, but that has NO BEARING on what will happen with SUGO in the future.
