Robo -- I'm sure you've read the buyout terms posted here today , the deal seems fair to creditor ( 30k payments total 180) gets all their money owed , new buyer gets the commons in tact so they can start new and move on ...

I think the Judge will approve this deal its fair and everybody makes out ...... on the surface win win for all parties !!!!!!

just thinking worst case why would she not allow it to go through?
