The PPHM stock price action feels eerily similar to that of AVII before today....just waiting for a shoe to drop. No movement on a huge move in the market....just consolidating at all time lows. This has to change IMO or we are going lower. AVII today announced the gov't did not award them a contract....kind of like what happened with PPHM last June or so.
