It may be inevitable that this stock gos subpennie , reason one is that the company that just sold to ALCL is selling there stock that they got for the purchase and that's 8 mill shares,that's enough selling pressure to send this to that area of trading. and its barely holding at .012. And every time the PPS jumps, big blocks are placed to prevent it from going anywhere, plus the fact there isn't any kind of bid support to keep this above water. GLTA
