It means it will be much harder and, in many cases, much more expensive to trade this stock. Depending on who your Broker is, the commissions could be in the 100s of dollars .... if they will let you trade the stock at all. It also means that Shaheed has been a bad, bad boy and the DTC is not going to put up with it anymore.
