Something I've learned about William Lieberman is that he likes to have his T's crossed and his I's dotted before releasing official news. Considering that I would think we already have the Chilean land. Just waiting for the red tape to be completed.
Further, I would expect that we also have a fair amount of the Argentinean land concessions. Of coarse I'm only counting the 18,000 (in Chile) as in the bag.
