Is it a Comibol property? If it is, then Comibol has what ever gold is on that property. Franklin may have the rights to mine it and market it and then do the profit splitting based on their agreement.

How long do you think that will last down there, FMNJ is in a no win situation... they perform, most likely the government or cooperatives or the indians will take it, they dont perform, most likely the government will take it..the only win scenario is to underperform, they keep their contract in place and continue the story
