Yeah, it should.
IMO, the reason it continues to close everyday @ .0002 is because MM's know most investors searching the penny bins for bargains never look at the intra-day tape. Investors will simply look at the closing price and assume it traded at .0002 for most of the day. That's why I've been posting the tale of the tape everyday so investors can see for themselves just how manipulated this stock has become.
