Looks like this is a play on an operating company with revenue that has been private merging into basically a non-operating company. Usually it means that the new company has to get moving on informing the public shareholders on what is going on in the company. Great--because this press release says they are already completing contracts and those revenues are going to be in the Oct-Dec quarter.

I could be wrong, but I have seen this before. The formerly private company has a stack of PR's they can put out that they did not put out before because they were not required to. Wish the spread was tighter, but I bet that a sale would go through at a price lower than the ask. I may try to do that to test the waters.
