NYTEX Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: NYTE) (the "Company" or "NYTEX"), a Dallas-based energy holding company comprising two wholly owned subsidiaries, Francis Drilling Fluids, Ltd. ("FDF") and NYTEX Petroleum, Inc., announced today it has engaged Energy Capital Solutions LLC ("ECS") to raise capital in order to restructure current outstanding obligations, to fund potential acquisition opportunities, and to provide additional working capital for general corporate purposes.
ECS, based in Dallas, Texas, is an investment banking firm focused on raising private capital and providing merger and acquisition advisory services to public and private energy companies.
