CEOs and Officers Posting Rules

Given that the TOS state the following:

"IRPs are professional businesspersons providing investor awareness, investor relations, or any other compensated promotional service or activity relating to a publicly traded stock. IRPs may be compensated to provide those services by either the company (stock) they are promoting or some other interested party."

My understanding is that a CEO or officer of a company receives compensation for their post and therefore should not post without displaying IRP status but I would seek clarification on that point.

My question is:

Can a CEO or other officer of a publicly traded company post on the forum relating to their company or an other business related company without having IRP status?

Thank you
