I just did a quick evaluation of my day trading gains. Some days I get 12% some 4% and some days when the market switches from FAS to FAZ or FAZ to FAS, the pre & post market action gaps down or up eating some of the previous gains. All and all I think my number was 5.378% per day or 25% per week. Day trading.

Now that I have 3 weeks under my belt, so I could do a meaningful eval. I'm wondering if the extra 5% is worth all my efforts and stress day trading. I'm not a greedy person, more on the lazy side. LOL

Watching the market is stressful. I miss placing my orders the night before and checking once a day & at close. I find myself looking for other plays while I'm watching and not doing as well day trading the likes of LEN, MU, BAC, S, or others which seem to be the flavor for the day, then with FAS?FAZ. Them I buy hold but watch till noon for a possible reversal. This watching makes me try to find something else to do with my time.

May just stop day trading and switch each week as needed.

To remain successful one must adapt. But to remain sane one must stop bad habbits. Day trading IMO is a bad habbit. LOL Roller coasters scare me in a way I like but regret in the end. I like going round and round on the ferris wheel every time start to finish...

Welcome to my mind!

Success to all
