(RTTNews) - Nytex Energy Holdings Inc. (NYTE.OB: News ) announced its third-quarter, fourth-quarter, and full year 2011 estimated revenues and estimated adjusted EBITDA.

The company said that it has estimated third-quarter, fourth-quarter, and full year 2011 revenues of $23.4 million, $24.1 million, and $88 million, respectively.

In addition, the company has estimated third-quarter, fourth-quarter, and full year 2011 adjusted EBITDA of $2.2 million, $3.5 million, and $8.8 million, respectively.
