I was hoping it would never come to this again but not totally surprised either. I think it's a shame and says alot about the management team that Commons will be 1:100 while the Preferred will be 1:10. Shame on them!

I was really hoping for a spike to 1 cent and I would have been out of here at a very slight profit based on being able to average down. Now with the reverse it will no doubt follow the trend in the past as in it will go to 0.10 after the reverse then slowly dwindle down to a penny again.

I've always said this was a lottery and well it's gone just about as well as me winning the 6/49...not!

Oh well, I've got another penny stock that mirrors this one with the exception of having a trusted management team. Near the same current O/S stock so my experiment is to see what they do in the near future. I have alot more faith in them.

I still wish everyone good luck with this who remain investors and there will always be hope as there seems to be some actual product based on AZRISE but I must say my trust factor is at Zero after this! This is my 3rd or 4th reverse with the company so I'm the fool but just another life lesson learned.
