From what Sailbad said - DC was/is allegedly planning to surpise the nekkid shorts with a surprise Amex move!

Also, Sailbad's answer proves that "your statement that Bulldog bought Bingaman's shares to shut him up is nonsense". No hush money!!! Simply a Bulldog investment IMO.

Bulldog may well have be interested in an Amex move, but so would any OTCBB or Pinksheet investor in a similar position as they are!!! All investors want their investment to make money.

I think your use of language and incediary terms like "Hush" is overly dramatic - and would explain why some distrust you!!!!

You should care what people think and be decent enough to publish the truth. Publishing Sailbad's comment's convince me that you were trying to do so in this case. It earns you merit and credibility.
