A stock with a 49M float is nothing, you have to have some to even make the stock work or it just sits there and does nothing.

I was not part of the share exchange and in fact did not want it.

You do understand how a R/M works don't you?

IN the end IMO you will see who got what and what the shares where used for. But, for now I can see some of your point.

IMO, this stock will move up soon.
