How do you save money by using cloud computing services?
There are many ways your company saves money by using cloud services, but it basically breaks down into a few simple categories:

1.Capital Expenditures (CapEx) - Every few years you purchase new servers, storage, and other computer related equipment. The cost of procurement is significant. Cloud computing eliminates much of this.
2.Physical Space - You have to put your equipment somewhere. That somewhere costs per square foot.
3.Air Conditioning - Wherever that space is, it needs to be kept very cool so the computer equipment doesn't overheat.
4.Electricity - All that equipment needs to be powered.
5.Maintenance - All that equipment needs to be maintained in working order.
6.People - All that equipment need someone to keep it running. Since your company isn't in the computer business you may have difficulty finding, recruiting, managing, and keeping the right personnel. Add recruiting costs to the list.
