You know, James made a fake wire (fraud), Bounced a check (theft be deception) over 10K dollars (jail time), said that he had $500K in the bank, produced false F statements, did not complete the merger with NHSH, Tried to sell shares of NHSH that he did not own, lied to me as a shareholder stating theat bandwith would make the CO $300K in NET revenues, agreed to by Tom F note and did not twice, before he finally did. (Tom still has not been paid either).

What James, Centacom and all the board of directors got was a get out of jail free card by signing over shares to Mineseeker.

All of course, IMHO.

That is how I see it.

Because, Mike could of pressed a GAZILLION charges on them, for fraud, theft, theft by deception, it would go on and on and on. And with James's past of doing the same before, I wonder just how much time he would had to do.

I think Mike gave him SWEET deal, I think the guy should go to jail!

And I pray that I can get my money back!
