I believe they are calling it a pipeline, but it will actually be an enclosed conveyor powered by clean natural gas. The tailings will be conveyed to a port and then loaded on Chinese tankers bound for foreign countries.

That's the theory.

Then, those countries will process the tailings again for any leftover ores.

Then, after that, they will take the tailings/tailings and put it into active volcanoes into the lava - from center earth, back to lava - back to earth.
