newstd:I agree if the float has not changed ,The company can always sell shares at any PPS and still make money , sadly thats the wild card they got when on OTC , We very often know only when the party is over ! If you start seeing PPS lower than that of the PPS before the News , then you know that dilution is active . Also not sure How they paying the 1 million dollar plus fees to promotors , was partly paid in shares , did they start selling ? all these are wild cards as well
