I sent an email to Etrade, and it looks like you still have to call the order in.

Thank you for your message regarding trading DBYC.

I can confirm that the position in question is being traded at this time. If you are getting a message to call into our Service Center in order to have the trade placed, there is no additional cost to have a Broker place the trade. This message is ensure that due diligence is performed in the event that the stock is going through some type of corporate action.
