Carlton, I appreciate your take that, if I get a
refund "at least [I] ... havn't lost". but that's not my idea of victory. I want to own ES stock, be on board
for the entire play, not eliminated early. So I will
give Scottrade a cut off date for the refund, with your
approval,.
