Yes. You'd think they'd get to these companies faster. When a reporting company stops filing, it's simply a matter of sending them a letter threatening revocation of registration, which--if the company's really dead--it won't answer. Then revocation is automatic.

From what I hear, SAEI is being investigated in the U.S. and in British Columbia. I have no idea when action will be taken, or who will take it.
