Steriwave-GDT-Tek Ltd, Global Energy Technology Plc, Steriwave
Startec Ltd and DNI France.

Hilsonic has confirmed that the fabrication of our JV cascade Reactor has
been completed and that final assembly of the system has commenced, we
anticipate the system being ready for testing in approximately 2 weeks
time, I will keep you informed of our progress.

The Steriwave Global GDT waste-heat to energy JV has procured
funders/industrial partners for the 9MW plants. The first 150KW is
expected to enter production in Mid November the other plants are
expected to commence fabrication in Dec 2011 we expect to build some
40 to 60 plants in 2012 and then increase the production as required.
