The CA is for a 3 year period, where they can not share info but we can persue others to do a JV with. Also the JV right now is on going and is with AEM, who is doing there own modeling. Was told it mirrors what CD has thought all along. 4 of 9 holes done at KC waiting for the snail pace to pick -up. All I can think of KC is not high priority now as it is TWP all day 24. Maybe Nov. for JV. 43-101 has nothing to do with JV at this early stage of TWP. PB
