There are several reasons that come to mind.

1,) We do not have a resource yet nor will we have a real one for some time. The first one will only cover core assayed until June 30. We need more than that to better demonstrate what Zone 'A' (1/5 of one of three porphyrys) actually has.

2.) We have yet ro report our glory holes.

3.) CD has made it perfectly clear that he has no intention of giving TPW away. Instead he is proving up the resource before he enters into any JV or takout deal.

The above reasons are all speculation on my part. I have no information as to when a JV or takeover offer is going to be made.
