I couldn't have said it better myself. I will leave it with you then to do the above and let me know where I can find this irrefutable evidence to support your mere claims that JD sold

Doublespeak. Exactly in the manner of a James D. Brown or a Glenn Harrs misleading shareholders in a PR. Taking the truth, twisting it 180 degrees, then stating that in the absense of the impossible to produce, the obvious falsehood endlessly being defended must be the truth.

Your point is this, and strength of logic AS evidence will support your point or have it collapse under the weight of it's absurdity. The FACTS:

A despicable man, James D. Brown and Glenn Harrs, on the management team of Expo Holdings, Inc., lied to their shareholders. Misled their shareholders...did BOTH in print, which is archived and available to the general public at any time. There is no question this is the truth. James D. Brown and Glenn Harrs stole the tax assessments they had a personal fiduciary duty to their employees, their business, their shareholders and to the Treasury Department to turn over to the IRS. This is a FACT archived on the NC SOS site. There is no question this is the truth. James D. Brown and Glenn Harrs were personally sued by Southern Community Bank for non-payment of contractual obligations. James D. Brown and Glenn Harrs were sued personally, along with members of their families, by Wurth Wood a supplier of raw materials to D&D Displays for non-payment of $302K of contractual obligations. The equipment valuation of D&D Displays has gone down 83.4% according to the Wilkes County Tax Assessor's office from 2010 to 2011 indicating that the majority of the equipment in the possession of D&D Displays is no longer in their possession. Meaning it is likely beyond almost any reasonable doubt to assume James D. Brown and Glenn Harrs sold it off to raise money.

These issues are not in question. They are the proven truth. And, when taken as a whole, paint an incredibly ugly picture of two very desperate, very broke men who would sacrifice anything having to do with their moral and ethical obligations and to their corporation in order to keep money in their pockets. Anything...legal, illegal, logical, illogical...ANYTHING. THAT is not in question as it has been clearly shown and proven. NOW, you take THAT situation and you ask people of sound mind to believe that given what they KNOW is factual about the financial desperation of James D. Brown and Glenn Harrs to get their hands on cash at any cost no matter how insane the risk, under THOSE circumstances, you are asking people to believe that they would never sell their EXPH shares to raise that cash they so desperately want?. THAT is what you are asking people to believe? And the logic for what you are claiming as truth...that these two desperate alleged felons haven't sold their EXPH shares based on the word of these two proven liars, is that the people you are asking to believe this can't produce the evidence that James D. Brown and Glenn Harrs have spent the last five years doing everything in their human power to cover up? Despite repeated requests from their shareholder to reveal their Form 3s, Form 4s and financial filings? That is your sole logic?

So this is what you present as your defense of these two despicable, broke and desperate alledged tax felons? In the absense of what they have spent years of their lives doing everything in their power hiding, they have nothing to hide. I see...IMHO.

Pojama people, pojama people people...Lord they make you sleepy with the things they might say...
