I sent Scottrade a request for certs which they
acknowledged getting Oct 5th, but said they would not
give me their refusal in writing. Their compliance
dept promised me a hard copy denial in 7-10 days.
I am still waiting. Meanwhile I sent an electronic
request (email) asking for reply in writing. It is
now Oct 13th. Two more days I write them again.
This time, I don't include my phone number.

I hope everybody is writing also?
