This stock at this price (below 1 cent) is ridiculously low. Look at Otow for one example.

OTOW has 1.5 billion shares outstanding (3 times Abpr)

OTOW has a 380,000 million float (5+ times Abpr)

The kicker? Otow and Abpr were BOTH right around .0030 yesterday !!

Otow with 5 times the float was near 2 pennies just 2-3 months ago!!

The point? ABPR was at .18 cents last year !!!!

it is crazy, crazy, crazy low right now !!!!!!!!!!!
