thanks...I understand completely Bigowl47...and MY point was that there were ADDITIONAL shares dispersed before and after the merger.

Additional to the 400,000 you pointed out.Including shares dispersed to Wall street resources.....they'll provide newsletters/Research report etc.

as well as additional shares sold at a discount in private placements.

Pink Sheets...where failing private companies come to die.
