Yeah, almost pulled the trigger on some sub-24s today on the quick dip.
FIO got some volatility in it but still trending upward. If you were to draw 3 upward trend lines we would be in between the bottom 2 but still on the way up.
Most if not all tech indicators pointing up.
Consolidation days are good in runs and if you look at price by volume (stockcharts) you can see that many purchased higher than the current price.
