Expo Holdings Inc. (EXPH)

I don't need to "admit" to anything. Nor have I. I post the factual truth about Expo Holdings where there is documented and unbiased evidence to back it and I post opinion based on circumstancial evidence and estimations using the company's own past numbers and statements where there is not. Unlike a very few remaining entities, I see no humor in nor reason to "celebrate" the alleged criminal acts and support the robbery of shareholders by the management of Expo Holdings, Inc. The lack of Expo filings means absolutely nothing at all short of another element of circumstancial evidence proving that I and many others are simply correct when we point out the management are alleged felons who CAN'T file returns or do a balance sheet due to STEALING their employees tax witholdings. And that NOW, they are preparing to take the company into bankruptcy to protect their own personal assets which were largely (IMHO) robbed from the shareholders of Expo to begin with.

Now some entities bizarrely find this humorous to the point where that must be "expressed" in every communication. "Still laughing", "LMAO", "lol" and so on. Entities who are also, no doubt, being compensated (or at least were and now must pump the PPS to dump their shares) by Brown and Harrs to spread false and misleading information about the company on the internet. If one were to look for evidence of these disengenuous entities constantly defending and proclaiming the innocence of Expo Holdings and their criminal management, one would have to research no further than to discover 1) which information communicated about the company has been completely false and misleading since the first communication was ever made (often YEARS without a single truthful word) and 2) those who seem to find everything about the Expo Holdings, Inc. shareholders being stolen from and repeatedly lied to as "hilarious" per examples above. The company is about to declare bankruptcy, nothing funny about that at all. IMHO.
