KPC: If you give more consideration to the non-filings of a non-reporting pinky than to the actual filing of a lien against all assets of the company by the feds for the felonious theft of government funds, then your misconstruing of the issue is enormously mephistophelian in nature. (imho)

In a few days, exph will probably attain "default" status in NV. When this happens, will you continue believing that EXPH is still doing business? A simple question.
