It appears a little more nefarious.

While CEO of goldspring Parent was also CEO of Ecovery. He ok'd the acquisition of Ecovery through Goldspring and issued 99m shares for the purchase. Of which Parent took a substantial portion. Later the board found out that Ecovery no longer had good title to the mining claims.
