Most CEOs, presidents, politicians, and businessmen have faced accusations like these. Hostile takeovers are a part of business reality, and lawsuits are an easy way to get something for nothing. If this is a reason not to buy a stock, then stay away from intel, apple, microsoft, walmart, and probably netflix after their recent 'reorganization'.
I appreciate the DD, and I definitely know more than I did, but I don't think this info is a stock killer.
Here's the twist though: even if it IS a scam, and you can make money on it... why wouldn't you?
I think this is a legit operation, and I trust the prs from the company. Delays are a part of business and no matter what you do, some people will never be satisfied.
