talked with valshing probably a good time to come out of closet and share the conversation I've been here a long time and own alot of shares, icoa has dealt with alot of issues in 2010 and 2011 settled lawsuits, tax and them some!! No r/s he said the last one was very hard to do and will not do another and nearly killed them re;jt's chart, icoa is fine and coming up with fins potential up list, and merg/acc of some small co's wisp is one and is pretty much already because they already do most of co's daily etc. some old cust. are returning and some things he could not discuss, share reduction was done to raise value and pps is undervalued he pointed out no fluff pr's coming no 10 millon on 2010 fins that never happened co went out of bus (amc) which is good so no more shares to dilute, some docs being processed some filings and negotiating is the hold up for fins and news, 6 employed inc cfo ceo 3/4 in back office support. He was very strong minded about no r/s, they could of pulled that one many times and there is no benifit to do one now he added! Well good luck and risk taking to all I,m not a big chater I,m in many stocks and this is my first post mabye my last thought I should share
