I got this quote from another board of a dead stock that soaked up peoples investment like a sponge but it really does fit nicely into the EXPH scam scenario:

Do not the mistake of thinking a cellar quoted price is value - it is simply the lowest amount someone can offer to sell something on this market platform for. It does not give it value of any type. I have some naval lint I just tossed in the toilet. I'm going to advertise it with starting bids at a part of a penny. Now, how much is it worth?
