It's not like Rico to let this die on the vine. He usually issues bogus press in conjunction with his dilution. My guess is his buyer is getting shares for .0002 and will continue to work with Rico as long as there are buyers at 4.

With volume dropping lately he will need to release something to spark up interest again.

Haven't seen an updated O/S. Wonder if it is still 450M?
