What lack of filings??? The way I see it is that there are plenty of filings if you count the IRS filing liens against all revenue and property of the company, then there is the lawsuit filed by their supplier for non payment and the lawsuit filed by their bank for non payment.

Those are three filings that will put this pos out of business and hopefully the management and those that they colluded with to pull this scam off in jail for some time to come.
