DB, I understand that. I am in no way supporting Owens either, he has dirty hands as well. What I am saying is that Kendrick knew all the issues surrounding those shares and he went through with the scheme.
Not a very good way to handle business and IMO wouldn't stand up in court. But Owens has no spine and probably no money to take legal action.
The problem for NHSH is that it got off to very bad start, the false promises made on the cc's, the share swap, the false/misleading financials, the first announced merger with MS, the debt swaps, the annulment of the centa merger, now this by Kendrick who was supposed to be a well respected executive.
Not to mention, Kendrick personal guarantees and request for extension of payments which continued up until last week.
