disappointed? BB, i don't really know all the ways this stock could be manipulated, long and short term; and I fear Offor. But if he's arranging for cheap shares to go to allies, the news is good in this sense: The one man doesn't hold the shares, and the recipients (who know him) believe that the shares will appreciate, to the benefit of all.
