Some key points to start the dialog:
Everything that the company needs a vote on will not effect the current business or share structure in any way. It appears that the holdup on the move to the otc.bb was due to Alpha Solarco was administratively dissolved in the State of Colorado on April 1, 2000. The dissolution was apparently unknown to our previous officers and directors for several years. As a result of the administrative dissolution, at the present time and in order to correct to record, Alpha Solarco is still required to wind up its affairs

Therefore we need to ratify all the proposals as the company suggests because the merger is essential for clarification of IVFH's current status as a corporation. Approval of both of the corporate status resolutions will result in no significant changes to the currently maintained assets, liabilities, or outstanding shares of IVFH.

All directors are up for re election, This is welcomed news imo becuae the BOD is one of our strongest assets. There is always concern that any key members could leave especially when their current tenure is completed. These concerns have been discussed recently on this message board

This gentleman is on the BOD
Joel Gold is currently head of Investment Banking at Andrew Garrett, Inc., an investment-banking firm located in New York City.
This may be a big reason this meeting is being conducted in NYC. IMO it Looks like we have some connections to big investors that may be present at this meeting. With this in mind it appears the company "may" also be ready to answer questions and provide some key info such as financials. I will call the company as see if I can get any clarification on this assumption
