Welcome to the board Natscore,

I agree that patience is needed, it's the key to the kingdom. It's common to put too much emphasis on the current share price, which should be viewed as irrelevant unless one's looking to add or panic sell.

If revenues get pushed back a bit in order to execute a strategic sales/JV plan, I'm OK with that. It's of great interest to me that Natcore is also discussing JV opportunities with Phono Solar.

I'm wondering:

Could it be that JV agreements are required in order for companies to have access to Natcore's disruptive LPD process and the purchase of AR-Boxes?

Is Natcore demanding an equity stake in all solar cell manufacturing businesses using the LPD process?

Do JV agreements provide the most benefit to Natcore, and the smoothest LPD process roll-out?

Are JV agreements required so that Natcore can monitor their customers and protect their technology?

Has the TLNZ AR-Box sale been slowed because of JV demands?

There's so much we don't know!

JB
