The reality is the SEC regulating the market is like local police regulating speeders. Almost everybody drives over the speed limit and a small few get tickets. What we are witness to today is how brazen traders are and what they are willing to do to make a buck. Good luck if you are looking for the SEC to save you. There is a lot of money (millions) riding here. I would love to see it move to hundreds of millions:)
